We are focused on delivering measurable results
to our clients. Thus, it is critical that before we begin any training process that we define clearly measurable and attainable results to be achieved within a reasonable time frame. Your
investment in training has to show a definable return and we are committed to helping you achieve it.
Along with defining clearly attainable
results we keep our clients informed of training progress on a regular basis. The most appropriate forum to do this is to have management participate fully in the appropriate training.
The second
major thrust of our approach is to treat adults like adults, hence, we coach for skills enhancement and behavior improvement
and utilize concepts of self-discovery and experiential learning. All of our processes are designed to achieve long-lasting and real change
by developing the "total person". As such, our processes are designed to be completely flexible for the individual and for the organization.
Our third thrust is systematic follow-up. All of
our assignments include consistent and regular follow-up with the trainees to ensure that behaviors are changing and skills are being developed which will produce measurable results in the agreed upon time frame.
Given our focus on changing behaviors and achieving results we prefer to work with groups of 6 to 12 individuals, where we can
give each person the close attention they require. Groups larger than 12 can be accommodated. |
